1. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. By participating, each entrant accepts these rules.

2. To be eligible, meetings must be signed and held in Cleveland, Ohio by December 31, 2010 with a minimum of 50 room nights on peak booked and actualized. 

3. Each eligible booking will recieve:

• A chance to drive away in a Ford Mustang or a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle, or take home the cash equivalent
• Free internet in guestrooms
• 5% discount off master bill
• No attrition
• 1 per 35 allotment
• Two (2) complimentary upgrades to suites at group rate
• $1,000 off Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum base rental fee (offer valid for full museum rentals only)

4. One person within your organization is entered in the "Drive Your Meeting to Cleveland" car contest. Winner chosen by random drawing and announced on January 4, 2011 at Noon EST via video on our website, www.clevelandmeetings.com. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. This sweepstakes is open to everyone 18 years old and older living in the United States except the employees of Positively Cleveland, the sponsors, their advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families.

7. Winner is responsible for applicable tax and title.

8. Check participating venues for exact days and hours of operation. There may be blackout dates during holidays. Other restrictions may apply.

9. Only one grand prize will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes by April 30, 2011 will not be awarded. See below for prize package details.

10. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of greater or equal value.

11. The winner and any persons accompanying the winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter, complete an eligibility affidavit and release of liability, and return them to Positively Cleveland within ten days of the date on the prize notification letter. The winner must also agree to the use of his or her name and/or photograph for advertising and/or trade purposes where permitted by law.

12. Liability for any applicable federal, state or other taxes will be the sole responsibility of the individual winner.

13. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
